What changed and why

Then in OBS: Scene Collection → Import → pick the downloaded file → switch to it. Your original collection is never touched.

How it works

No account. Nothing uploads.

Export from OBS. Scene Collection menu, then Export. That saves a .json copy of your scenes and touches nothing live.
Drop it here. SceneFlip reads the file right in your browser, works out what each source is (facecam, gameplay, chat, alerts, overlays), and rebuilds every scene for 9:16.
Import and go live. Download the result and import it in OBS. The vertical scenes show up in the Aitum Vertical dock, or as their own collection if that's the mode you picked.

The layout logic

Opinionated, and it shows its work.

The facecam moves to the top zone, sized for a phone screen and clear of Twitch's status bar. Gameplay sits center at full width with its 16:9 shape kept, because stretched gameplay looks awful. Alerts pop over the top of the content, same place they pop on horizontal. Wide decorative art with no vertical home gets hidden rather than deleted, so you can put anything back by hand afterward.

Every conversion comes with a plain change report: each item, what happened to it, and why. If SceneFlip hides something, it says so.

Mirrored cameras stay mirrored. Cropped sources keep their crops. Locked items stay locked, hidden items stay hidden, and audio isn't touched at all.

Honest limits

What it won't do (yet).

SceneFlip picks one main content source per scene; a second gameplay capture gets hidden rather than crammed in. It assumes a camera is 16:9 when OBS doesn't record its real size. It also can't move text that's baked into an image. Everything it outputs is a normal OBS scene you can fix up in seconds.

Works with OBS 31.1+ scene collections. The Aitum mode targets the current Aitum Vertical plugin.
